Bryan D’Andre Malcolm Sentenced to 39 Years Following Plea
Malcolm will serve 25 years in prison followed by 14 years on supervised probation

Coweta County, Georgia ( August 11th, 2025) – 6 years after his crimes, Bryan D’Andre Malcolm, 26, of Moreland, is headed to prison for the next 25 years after entering a non-negotiated guilty plea on 6 of the 8 charges for which he was indicted.

Investigation

Investigators with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) were made aware of allegations of inappropriate sexual contact between Malcolm and a male under the age of 16 in March of 2022.

The allegations accused Malcolm of molesting a male juvenile on multiple occasions, at multiple locations over a period that spanned from June of 2019 through July of 2021. CCSO Investigators worked quickly in their investigation and arrested Malcolm on April 5th, 2022, charging him with the following:

  • Child – Enticing for Indecent Purposes (F)
  • Sexual Battery Aggravated (F)
  • Sodomy Aggravated (F)
  • Child Molestation Aggravated (F)
  • Child Molestation Aggravated (F)
  • Child Molestation Aggravated (F)
  • Child Molestation Aggravated (F)
  • Child Molestation Aggravated (F)
  • Child Molestation Aggravated (F)

Indictment

First indicted on December 1st, 2022, Malcolm was re-indicted July 15th, 2025 on the following counts:

Plea & Sentencing

As part of Malcolm’s non-negotiated plea deal Count 7 and Count 8 were Nolle Pros’d.

Malcolm plead guilty to the following, which are the lesser included of the original indicted charge of Aggravated Child Molestation.

and was sentenced to the following by the Court for each count:

  • Count 1  – 20 Years with 19 Years to Serve
  • Count 2  – 20 Years with 6 Years to Serve, Consecutive to Count 1
  • Count 3  – 20 Years Probation, Concurrent with Count 2
  • Count 4  – 20 Years Probation, Concurrent with Counts 2 and 3
  • Count 5  – 20 Years Probation, Concurrent with Counts 2, 3 and 4
  • Count 6  – 20 Years Probation, Concurrent with Counts 2, 3, 4, and 5
  • Credit for time served: as determined by the custodian.

Malcolm remains in the Coweta County Jail until he is transferred into the custody of the Georgia Department of Corrections who will move him to a state prison to serve his sentence.
