In September 2025, Investigators with the Criminal Investigations Unit were made aware of an incident involving Anise Worthy-Gunter and a minor. After further investigation, it was discovered that Anise and the minor were in a relationship, and when the minor attempted to end the relationship, Anise threatened to release sexually explicit content of the minor as well as threatened to kill them.

Arrest warrants were obtained for Terroristic Threats and Child Sexual Exploitation, and Anise was taken into custody on 10/08/2025.
