The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse ANTERIO CORTEZ GRIER with the offense of Sexual Exploitation of Children (O.C.G.A. 16-12-lOO(b)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 11th day of March, 2025, did knowingly publish and distribute a video, a visual medium depicting a minor engaged in sexual intercourse, sexually explicit conduct, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
