The following press release was provided by the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office regarding the arrest of Brad Cory Bernstein, 47, of Peachtree City, Georgia.

On July 13th, 2025, Deputies with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division responded to 4957 East Highway 34 (Publix) in reference to suspicious activity. The 16-year-old male victim reported that while in the bathroom stall, an unidentified male entered the bathroom and slid a handwritten note under the stall offering to perform oral sex and requesting to be added on Snapchat.

The suspect was no longer on scene, and Investigators with the Criminal Investigations Unit utilized security camera footage and other law enforcement tools to identify 47-year-old Brad Bernstein of Peachtree City as the suspect.

Arrest warrants were granted by a Magistrate Judge for Solicitation of Sodomy Under 18. Mr. Bernstein was arrested by the Peachtree City Police Department on July 18th, 2025, and transported to Coweta County Jail.
