The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse CHOPPER SCHON ARCHER WHITING with the offense of Sexual Exploitation of Children (O.C.G.A. 16-12-IOO(b)(8)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 4th day of April, 2025, did knowingly possess a video which depicts a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, to wit: a minor child with brown hair being vaginally penetrated by an adult male, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count 2 – Sexual Exploitation of Children ( O.C.G.A. § 16-12-100(b)(8) )
The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse CHOPPER SCHON ARCHER WHITING with the offense of Sexual Exploitation of Children (O.C.G.A. 16-12-IOO(b)(8)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 4th day of April, 2025, did knowingly possess a video which depicts a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, to wit: a minor child with brown hair and braces being vaginally penetrated by an adult male and then licking the penis of the adult male, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count 3 – Sexual Exploitation of Children ( O.C.G.A. § 16-12-100(b)(8) )
The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse CHOPPER SCHON ARCHER WHITING with the offense of Sexual Exploitation of Children (O.C.G.A. 16-12-lOO(b)(8)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 4th day of April, 2025, did knowingly possess a video which depicts a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, to wit: a minor child wearing pink clothing rubbing the penis of an adult male and also placing her lips on said penis, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count 4 – Sexual Exploitation of Children ( O.C.G.A. § 16-12-100(b)(8) )
The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse CHOPPER SCHON ARCHER WHITING with the offense of Sexual Exploitation of Children (O.C.G.A. 16-12-lOO(b)(8)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 4th day of April, 2025, did knowingly possess a video which depicts a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, to wit: a minor child with brown hair, with tape over her eyes, being penetrated from behind by an adult male while her mouth and face are rubbed against the penis of a second adult male, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count 5 – Sexual Exploitation of Children ( O.C.G.A. § 16-12-100(b)(8) )
The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse CHOPPER SCHON ARCHER WHITING with the offense of Sexual Exploitation of Children (O.C.G.A. 16-12-lOO(b)(8)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 4th day of April, 2025, did knowingly possess a video which depicts a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, to wit: a minor child placing her mouth on the penis of an adult male while both are in a bath tub, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
