The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse JOSHUA THOMAS STONE with the offense of Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes (O.C.G.A. 16-6-5) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 5th day of May, 2025, did unlawfully solicit and entice [ REDACTED ] a child under the age of sixteen years, to a wooded area for the purpose of child molestation, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count 2 – Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes ( O.C.G.A. § 16-6-5 )
The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse JOSHUA THOMAS STONE with the offense of Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes (O.C.G.A. 16-6-5) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 5th day of May, 2025, did unlawfully take [ REDACTED ] a child under the age of sixteen years, by moving said child to lap of said accused for the purpose of child molestation, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count 3 – Child Molestation ( O.C.G.A. § 16-6-4(a) )
The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse JOSHUA THOMAS STONE with the offense of Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(a)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 5th day of May, 2025, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [ REDACTED ] a child under the age of 16 years, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by placing the mouth of said accused on the mouth and lips of said child, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count 4 – Child Molestation ( O.C.G.A. § 16-6-4(a) )
The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse JOSHUA THOMAS STONE with the offense of Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(a)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 5th day of May, 2025, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [ REDACTED ] a child under the age of 16 years, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by placing the mouth of said accused on the neck of said child, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse JOSHUA THOMAS STONE with the offense of Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(a)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 5th day of May, 2025, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [ REDACTED ] a child under the age of 16 years, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by placing the mouth of said accused on the breasts of said child, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count 6 – Child Molestation ( O.C.G.A. § 16-6-4(a) )
The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse JOSHUA THOMAS STONE with the offense of Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(a)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 5th day of May, 2025, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [ REDACTED ] a child under the age of 16 years, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by placing the hand of said accused on the buttocks of said child, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

Bond Denied, Case Update
Court documents show that the court denied a bond request by Stone on October 6th, 2025. In denying the bond motion, the court cited Stone being a significant risk to the community.
The next court date in the case is a pre-trial date of May 6th, 2026.
