Investigation Summary
In July 2025, ICAC Investigators were alerted to multiple explicit videos involving minors through a tip submitted to NCMEC. Following a thorough investigation, 40-year-old Steve Hoover of Senoia was identified as the suspect.
After securing arrest and search warrants, Hoover was arrested at his residence where electronic devices were recovered.
Due to the sensitive nature of the case and the ongoing investigation, no further details will be released at this time. Additional charges may be forthcoming as the investigation develops.
