Investigation Summary

Per a July 17th, 2025, Press release by the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office:

On July 1st, 2025, Investigators with the Criminal Investigation Unit received reports of sexual abuse between 57-year-old Timothy Eng and two victims, one of which being a minor. These alleged events occurred while Mr. Eng was hired for massage therapy at the victim’s home.
A subsequent investigation found these statements to be highly credible, resulting in the arrest of Timothy Eng for Child Molestation and Sexual Battery.

The complaint was turned over to investigators with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office and as a result on July 11th, 2025, Eng was arrested and booked in the Coweta County Jail on the following charges:

– Child Molestation (F)
– Sexual Battery (M)

As of July 15th, 2025, Eng remains in jail without bond.

The next movement will come when the District Attorney’s Office presents the allegations to a Grand Jury who will then, if sufficient evidence exists, return an Indictment.

On September 25th, 2025, a Grand Jury returned a True Bill indictment against Timothy King Chee Eng.

Count 1 – Child Molestation  ( O.C.G.A. § 16-6-4(A) )

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse TIMOTHY KINGCHEE ENG with the offense of Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(a)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 27th day of June, 2025, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [ Redacted ], a child under the age of 16 years, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by placing the hand and hands of said accused on the breast and breasts of said child, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

Count 2 – Child Molestation  ( O.C.G.A. § 16-6-4(A) )

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse TIMOTHY KINGCHEE ENG with the offense of Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(a)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 27th day of June, 2025, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [ Redacted ], a child under the age of 16 years, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by causing the crotch area of said child’s shorts to be moved, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse TIMOTHY KINGCHEE ENG with the offense of Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(a)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 27th day of June, 2025, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [ Redacted ], a child under the age of 16 years, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by placing the hand and hands of said accused on the groin and pelvic region of said child, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

Count 4 – Aggravated Sexual Battery  ( O.C.G.A. § 16-6-22.2 )

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse TIMOTHY KINGCHEE ENG with the offense of Aggravated Sexual Battery (O.C.G.A. 16-6-22.2) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 14th day of July, 2022, did intentionally penetrate the sexual organ of [ Redacted ] with his hand and hands and finger and fingers, a foreign object and objects, without the consent of said person, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
